Delivery and Returns
Delivery Prices Mainland UK
- Minimum charge £18.00 Standard 2-3 day service.
- Minimum charge £22.00 Next day service.
- Pallets- quoted on request
Delivery Outside Mainland UK / The Highlands
- Quoted on request.
Delivery Prices Ireland and Southern Ireland
- Minimum charge £24.95 for Single Package.
- Pallets- quote on request.
Loss or Damage in Transit
No liability in respect of Goods lost or damaged in transit will attach to KBL Solutions unless: - Goods damaged in transit can only be replaced if signed for as ‘Damaged’. All products should be checked before signing for them. All items with visible damage to the outer packaging should be signed for as damaged.

- In the case of the whole consignment failing to arrive, KBL Solutions is notified within 2 days of dispatch.
- KBL Solutions liability in respect of goods lost or damaged in transit is limited to repair, or at its discretion, replacement of any such Goods or materials. If the Customer is requested by KBL Solutions to do so, they shall ensure that the Goods in question are returned to the address supplied by KBL Solutions within 6 days of the date of the written notice.
- Stock products can be returned for restocking at the discretion of KBL Solutions and if the product and packaging are in a resalable condition. Return Postage to be paid in full by the Customer.
- Items that have been manufactured to order cannot be returned.
Warranty
- We warrant that the goods will correspond with the specification and will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year unless otherwise stated.
- We do not warrant that goods will be fit for any purpose. Please check the specification meets the proposed application.

Prices
- Any prices quoted are valid for 15 days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the standard rate. All prices Exclude Delivery unless otherwise stated.
Payments Terms
- Non-Account Customers; payment is required in full prior to the goods being dispatched. Credit Accounts Customers only; Our terms are Nett 30 days from the date on invoice. In default, KBL Solutions shall be entitled without notice to the customer to terminate any outstanding orders. Reduce the customer's credit limit. Credit Accounts are awarded subject to completion and approval of a Credit Account application form. The Credit Account Application form to be supplied by KBL Solutions on request and at KBL Solutions discretion. Approval is required by KBL Solutions before a Credit Account can be opened and will be subject to credit checks and references. Credit Accounts will be offered to a customer at the discretion of KBL Solutions.
